I really enjoyed these red velvet cookies because they had the same rich flavor as red velvet cake. Like red velvet cake, these cookies were buttery, delightful, and seasoned with hints of salt and vanilla. And the Cashew in them added a slight crunchiness. Everyone should try this delicious cookie.
