To ensure that your order arrives on time, HomeMadeCookies partners with reputable national couriers like Ekart, Bluedart, and Delhivery.
As a result, we do not accept cash on delivery, so all orders are pre-paid.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 days of being placed.
Please check the product detail pages to ensure you receive your order on time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Once you’ve paid for your order and it has been shipped, we can accept order changes, but cancellations are impossible.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once they have been received and processed by our team.
ONLINE PAYMENT FAILURE
Usually, happen when the money gets stuck with the payment gateway and does not reach us either due to a technical glitch or network latency / heavy network traffic.
In this case, usually, the amount gets auto refunded to the source account within 48 hours. If you are enrolled with your account provider for SMS notification, you shall receive a message upon a successful refund.
We cannot accept any returns on our products because they are perishable.

Refunds are only available if the product is damaged or the incorrect order is delivered.
